Is there a difference in the Red Hulk's and Green Hulk's powers?

 Yes.


I’ll keep this simple.


Green Hulk (Bruce Banner’s Hulk specifically) has a set of powers.


Super Strength (and everything that comes with it)

Regenerative healing factor

Environmental Adaptation

Gamma Energy Absorption

Ability to see ghosts

Ability to smell lies

Strength/stamina/speed/durability - increase with increased adrenaline production


Those are the basic powers of Hulk.


General Thaddeus Ross’s Red Hulk


With the exception of the Energy Absorption, Regeneration, and Super Strength, Red Hulk has none of the rest of the Hulk’s abilities.


He does, however, generate more intense radiation as he gets angrier. This causes his body heat to increase until he eventually burns out and passes out from exhaustion.


Those are the differences.

 After the Endgame how can you justify each dream sequence shown in age of Ultron? As we saw in Avengers Age of ultron, Scarlet witch mind games with The avengers except Hawkeye. 1.The sequences starts with Tony’s vision. Tony was informing Avengers about Loki’s scepter when wanda cast mind spell on him. After that Tony sees The dead Leviathan coming back to life, crushing the barriers flys into sky. Tony sees all 5 avengers on the floor, half dead and injured. Nat is dead, Thor’s is unconsious, Cap is injured and Shield is broken. Steve asks Tony, “ You could have done more. Why wouldn’t you saved us? ” Tony with a visible tension and fear looks at the sky and sees aliens invading earth. He took the  full force  of a star. And he  took it for several minutes  before getting rendered unconscious. MCU Thor was not knocked out by the weight of a star. He was knocked out by the FULL FORCE of the star, and it took several minutes for that to happen.
