Did Doctor Strange know that Thor's umbrella was Mjolnir in Thor: Ragnarok?
Originally Answered: When Thor and Dr. Strange first meet, does Dr. Strange know that Thor's "umbrella" is actually Mjolnir?

Good question. My answer would be yes, Dr Strange knows that Thor’s umbrella is Mjolnir. Why? Well we go back to Thor: Ragnarok.

Thor goes back to Asgard and Loki is exposed, acting as Odin in disguise. The brothers have to go to Earth to find Odin so Mjolnir is disguised as an umbrella.

Thor goes to New York to the Sanctum Sanctorum to meet Dr Strange, seeking directions to find Odin who is revealed to be in Norway. Here Mjolnir is disguised as an umbrella.

I am certain Dr Strange knew the Mjolnir was disguised. This was part of his conversation with Thor when they first met:

Dr Strange: God of Thunder (Thor holds up the umbrella to defend himself)

Dr Strange: You can put down the umbrella (Thor looks at Strange and rests his umbrella down. When he looks back up, the environment is furnished.)

Thor: So Earth has wizards now?

Dr Strange: The preferred term is ‘Master of the Mystic Arts’.

Dr Strange proceeds to ask Thor questions while he drinks beer

That moment where Dr Strange told him to put the umbrella down meant he knew it was Mjolnir. He was keeping the meeting civil and trying not to escalate it to a confrontation.

Also Dr Strange is a sorcerer and Mjolnir has a mystical enchantment on it and magical energies plus Thor brought it to the Sanctorum, the sorcerer’s home and a place filled with objects and books of the mystic arts. So take all these facts into consideration, Dr Strange knew.

One last point, Dr Strange may be a bit arrogant but he is intelligent. He lives in New York so he had knowledge of the Avengers and most likely saw Thor fighting with his hammer via television or probably live during the Battle of New York. Even if he didn’t know then, when he became Dr Strange, he surely would have looked into the Avengers to see if they could turn out to be threats in the future, so he obviously had info on Thor. Remember he knew Loki was a threat to Earth even after the events of The Avengers (2012)

 After the Endgame how can you justify each dream sequence shown in age of Ultron? As we saw in Avengers Age of ultron, Scarlet witch mind games with The avengers except Hawkeye. 1.The sequences starts with Tony’s vision. Tony was informing Avengers about Loki’s scepter when wanda cast mind spell on him. After that Tony sees The dead Leviathan coming back to life, crushing the barriers flys into sky. Tony sees all 5 avengers on the floor, half dead and injured. Nat is dead, Thor’s is unconsious, Cap is injured and Shield is broken. Steve asks Tony, “ You could have done more.
